Synoptic Situation: Moist currents from Arabian sea and Bay of Bengal are penetrating in most parts of the province. A westerly trough is also present over upper parts of the province.

Widespread rain windstorm/thundershower (with scattered heavyfalls at times very heavy) is expected in Dir (Upper & Lower), Chitral (Upper & Lower), Swat, Shangla, Malakand, Buner, Bajaur, Kohistan (Upper & Lower), Kolai-Palas, Battagram, Torghar, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Haripur, Mardan, Swabi, Mohmand, Charsadda, Peshawar, Khyber, Kohat, Kurram, Orakzai, Hangu, Karak, Lakki Marwat, Bannu, Tank, D.I Khan, North and South Waziristan districts. WIDESPREAD RAIN WINDSTORM/THUNDERSHOWER (WITH SCATTERED HEAVYFALLS AT TIMES VERY HEAVY) is expected in Dir (Upper & Lower), Swat, Shangla, Malakand, Buner, Bajaur, Kohistan (Upper & Lower), Kolai-Palas, Battagram, Torghar, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Haripur, Mardan, Swabi, Mohmand, Charsadda and Nowshera districts. SCATTERED RAIN WINDSTORM/THUNDERSHOWER (WITH ISOLATED HEAVYFALLS) is expected in Chitral (Upper & Lower), Peshawar, Khyber, Kohat, Kurram, Orakzai, Hangu, Karak, Lakki Marwat, Bannu, Tank, D.I Khan, North and South Waziristan districts. Mainly hot and humid weather occurred in most parts of the province. However, scattered rain-windstorm/thunderstorm (with isolated heavyfalls) occurred in Mohmand, Khyber, Mardan, Peshawar, Charsadda, Nowshera, Swat, Mansehra and Abbottabad districts, while at isolated places in D.I. Khan and Lower Dir districts.
