Synoptic Situation: Moist currents from the Arabian Sea are penetrating in eastern parts of the country. continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country. A shallow westerly wave is affecting upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Kashmir.

Mainly hot and humid weather is expected in most parts of the province, while very hot in plain areas of the province. · Isolated rain windstorm/thundershower may occur in Chitral, Dir, Swat, Shangla, Buner, Kohistan, Battagram, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Kurram, Orakzai and Waziristan districts. Mainly hot and humid weather is expected in most parts of the province, while very hot in plain areas of the province. · Isolated rain windstorm/thundershower is expected in Chitral, Dir (upper and lower), Swat, Shangla, Buner, Malakand, Kohistan (upper and lower), Battagram, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Bajaur, Mohmand, Mardan, Swabi, Nowshera, Charsadda, Peshawar, Kohat, Karak, Hangu, Bannu, Kurram, Orakzai and North Waziristan districts during evening/night. Mainly hot and humid weather occurred in most parts of the province. However, rain-wind/thunderstorm occurred in Kurram district.
