Synoptic Situation: A westerly trough is affecting upper parts of the province. A weak moist current from Arabian Sea is also penetrating.

Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the province, while very hot and humid in plain areas of the province. Isolated rain-windstorm/thunderstorm in Dir (Upper & Lower), Chitral (Upper & Lower), Swat, Shangla, Malakand, Buner, Bajaur, Kohistan (Upper & Lower), Kolai-Palas, Torghar, Battagram, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Haripur, Mardan, Swabi, Mohmand, Khyber, Peshawar, Nowshera, Charsadda, Kohat, Karak, Hangu, Kurram, Orakzai, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, D.I. Khan, Tank, North & South Waziristan districts. Duststorm/heavyfalls may also occur at few places during the forecast period.
