Synoptic Situation: A westerly wave is affecting upper parts of the province and may persist till 05th July. Moist currents from Arabian Sea are continuously penetrating the eastern and central parts of the country.

Mainly hot and humid weather is expected in most parts of the province. · Partly cloudy weather with chances of rain-windstorm/thunderstorm in Dir (Upper & Lower), Chitral (Upper & Lower), Swat, Shangla, Malakand, Buner, Bajaur, Kohistan (Upper & Lower), Kolai-Palas, Torghar, Battagram, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Haripur, Mardan, Swabi, Mohmand, Khyber, Peshawar, Nowshera, Charsadda, Kohat, Karak, Hangu, Kurram, Orakzai, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, D.I. Khan, Tank, North & South Waziristan districts. · Isolated hailstorm/heavyfalls may also occur during the forecast period. Mainly partly cloudy and humid weather is expected in most parts of the province. Rain-windstorm/thunderstorm in Dir (Upper & Lower), Chitral (Upper & Lower), Swat, Shangla, Malakand, Buner, Bajaur, Kohistan (Upper & Lower), Kolai-Palas, Torghar, Battagram, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Haripur, Mardan, Swabi, Mohmand, Khyber, Peshawar, Nowshera, Charsadda, Kohat, Karak, Hangu, Kurram, Orakzai, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, D.I. Khan, Tank, North & South Waziristan districts. Isolated hailstorm/heavyfalls may also occur during the forecast period. Mainly hot and humid weather occurred in most parts of the province. However, rain-wind/thunderstorm occurred in Upper & Lower Dir, Swat, Kohistan, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Bajaur, Mohmand, Peshawar, Kurram and D.I. Khan districts. Maximum wind reported at Peshawar is 46 Km/hour.
