Synoptic Situation: A westerly wave is likely to approach upper parts of the province from today (evening/night) and may persist till 05th July.

Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the province, while very hot and humid in plain areas. Partly cloudy weather with chances of isolated rain-wind/thunderstorm in Upper & Lower Dir, Swat, Buner, Malakand, Shangla, Kohistan, Mansehra, Battagram and Abbottabad districts during evening/night. Duststorm may occur in plain areas of the province. Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the province, while very hot and humid in plain areas. Partly cloudy weather with chances of isolated rain-wind/thunderstorm in Dir (Upper & Lower), Chitral (Upper & Lower), Swat, Shangla, Malakand, Buner, Bajaur, Kohistan (Upper & Lower), Kolai-Palas, Torghar, Battagram, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Haripur, Mardan, Swabi, Mohmand, Khyber, Peshawar, Nowshera, Charsadda, Kohat, Karak, Hangu, Kurram, Orakzai, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, Dera Ismail Khan, Tank, North & South Waziristan districts during evening/night. Isolated hailstorm/heavyfalls may also occur during the forecast period. Mainly very hot dry and humid weather occurred in most parts of the province.
