Synoptic Situation: A shallow westerly wave is present over the upper and central parts of the country. Weak moist currents from the Arabian Sea are penetrating into the eastern parts. Seasonal low lies over west Balochistan and adjoining areas.

Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the province, while very hot in plain areas. Partly cloudy with chances of isolated rain-thunderstorm may occur in Upper Dir, Swat, Kohistan, Battagram, and Mansehra districts. Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the province, while very hot in plain areas. Mainly hot and dry weather occurred in most parts of the province. However, rain-wind/thunderstorm occurred in Upper Dir, Swat, Bajaur, Mohmand, Peshawar, and Kurram districts. The maximum winds recorded at Peshawar Airport are 44 Km/hour.
