PAST METEOROLOGICAL SITUATION & FUTURE FORECAST BY PMD
Synoptic Situation: A westerly wave is still affecting upper parts of the country and likely to move eastwards during next 24 hours. Another westerly wave is likely to enter in western and upper parts of the country on 28th May (Sunday) likely to persist till 31st May (Wednesday).

Partly cloudy weather is expected over most districts of the province. Scattered wind-dust/thunderstorm-rain with isolated hailstorm is likely to occur over Chitral, Lower & Upper Dir, Malakand, Swat, Buner, Shangla, Kohistan, Battagram, Torghar, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Bajaur, Mohmand, Khyber and Kurram districts. Isolated wind-dust/thunderstorm-rain is likely to occur over Haripur, Swabi, Mardan, Peshawar, Nowshera, Charsadda, Kohat, Hangu, Orakzai, Karak, Bannu, Laki Marwat, Tank, D. I. Khan, North and South Waziristan districts. Partly cloudy weather is expected over most districts of the province. Isolated wind-dust/thunderstorm-rain with isolated hailstorm is likely to occur over Chitral, Lower & Upper Dir, Malakand, Swat, Buner, Shangla, Kohistan, Battagram, Torghar, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Bajaur, Mohmand, Khyber and Kurram districts. Partly cloudy weather prevailed over most districts of the province. However, rain-thunderstorm with gusty winds occurred in Upper Dir, Swat, Buner, Kohistan, Abbottabad and Khyber District.
