Synoptic Situation: A westerly wave is likely to approach western and upper parts of the country tonight (Monday) and may persist till friday.

Hot and dry weather is expected over most districts of the province, while very hot in southern districts. Wind-dust/thunderstorm-rain with a few hailstorm (Isolated heavy falls) is likely to occur over Upper Dir, Swat, Buner, Kohistan, Battagram, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Hazara, Mohmand, Bajaur, Mardan, Nowshera, Peshawar, Charsadda, Khyber, Kohat, Hangu, Kurram, Bannu, Laki Marwat, DI Khan, North and South Waziristan districts in evening/ night. Dust raising winds is likely to occur Mardan, Nowshera, Peshawar, Charsadda, Kohat and Karak districts in afternoon/evening. Dust storm is likely to occur over Bannu, Lakki Marwat, Tank and Dera Ismail Khan districts in afternoon/evening Wind/duststorm may cause damage to loose/vulnerable structures and standing crops.
