Synoptic Situation: A westerly wave is still persisting and affecting Kashmir/adjoining areas. Another westerly wave is likely to enter western parts of the country from 29th January evening/night and likely to persist till 30th, January.

Cold and dry weather is likely to occur over most districts of the province while very cold in upper districts/hilly areas. Cold and dry weather is likely to occur over most districts of the province while very cold in upper districts/hilly areas. Cloudy weather is likely to occur over upper districts in evening/night. Cold and partly cloudy weather prevailed over most parts of the province, while very cold in upper parts/hilly areas. However, rain (with snow over the hills) occurred in Malakand and Hazara divisions.
