Synoptic Situation: A westerly wave is affecting the upper parts of the country and is likely to continue over the upper parts during the next few days.

Cold and partly cloudy weather is expected over most parts of the province, while very cold in the upper parts. Rain with snowfall over the hills is likely to occur over Chitral, Lower & Upper Dir, Malakand, Bajaur, Buner, Swat, Shangla, Kohistan, Battagram, Torghar, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Mohmand, Kurram and Khyber districts. Isolated light rain is likely to occur over Nowshera, Charsadda, Peshawar, Mardan, Swabi, Kohat, and Hangu districts. Cold and partly cloudy weather is expected over most parts of the province, while very cold in the upper parts. Rain with snowfall over the hills is likely to occur over Chitral, Lower & Upper Dir, Malakand, Bajaur, Buner, Swat, Shangla, Kohistan, Battagram, Torghar, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Kurram, and Khyber districts. Cold and partly cloudy weather prevailed over most parts of the province while very cold in the upper parts/hilly areas. However, rain occurred in Malakand, Hazara, and Kohat divisions.
