| Buner | On 31-08-2026, three women crossing River Barandu at Kalyari, Gagra, were swept away by strong currents. One woman, Dilbar Jana w/o Yar Mohammad Khan, was rescued alive and shifted to DHQ Daggar in stable condition, while bodies of Banday w/o Zarnosh and Sher Bano d/o Palas Khan were recovered and shifted to hospital. | District Administration, Rescue 1122, and local volunteers immediately launched a joint rescue operation. | Additional Deputy Commissioner (R&HR) Office, Buner |
