| Kohat | On 01-08-2024, due to heavy rain, landsliding occurred in the area of Akhorwal Naray Chola, Dara Adam Khel in coal mine. Resultantly, two laborers got died. Details are as under:

| Mansehra | Iron Bridge at Mohandri on MNJC Road was washed away due to flash flood on 30-07-2024 and MNJC road was blocked from Mohandri upward. Rehabilitation work at site under the supervision of AC Balakot was in progress on fast-track basis, but unfortunately today (01-08-2024) heavy downpour resulted in flood like situation again. Consequently, cemented rings placed at site have also been washed away and bridge rehabilitation work at site is stopped.

| North Waziristan | On 30-07-2024, due to heavy rain fall and devastating flash flood in a River Tochi caused severe damages to major new bridge on Miranshah - Boya Datta Khel road at Boya and the old bridge on the said road. The local C&W Department (Highway Division) officials visited the bridges and declared the same dangerous for traffic. Similarly, a major new bridge on Bichi road at Hassu Khel Tehsil Mirali was also severely damaged by the flash flood in River Tochi which has also been declared dangerous for traffic. | C&W authorities in Highway Division have already been instructed to carry out the repair work on war footings basis.
