BajaurOn 19-04-2024, due to ongoing torrential rains a room collapsed in the house of Mr Aqal Wazir r/o Sraro Arang Tehsil Utmankhel. Resultantly, Waqas s/o Aqal Wazir (7 years) died on the spot, while Ilhan (11 years) and Kashif (8 years) got injured. Deputy Commissioner Office Bajaur
BannuOn 19-04-2024, due to heavy rains, the following incidents are reported:
1. Mamoon Nawaz s/o Inayat Ullah Khan r/o Spina Tangi Patol Khel Domel.(1 Room & Boundary Wall)
2. Parveen s/o Gul Nawaz khan r/o Kotka Mir Azam Bozi Khel Bannu (2 rooms Roof)
3. Roomana Bibi d/o Hikmat Ullah. r/o Nizam Bazar Bannu(2 room & Boundary Wall)
4. Akhtar zaman s/o Kon Muhammad (2rooms & boundary wall collapsed. Resultanlty, Mst Humdari w/o Kon Muhammad (age 55 years) r/o hassan khel jafar khan died on the spot.

BunerOn 19-04-2024, due to heavy rain, Kitchen along with Boundary wall collapsed in the house of Gulbaz Khan s/o Sabeel r/o Bampokha. Additional Deputy Commissioner (R&HR) Office Buner
Dera Ismail KhanOn 19-04-2024, due to heavy rains, the following incidents are reported:
1. A boundary wall collapsed. Resultantly, Muhammad Ismail got injured.
2. Muhammad Javed s/o Ghulam Qasim. (1 room)
3. Government Girls Primary School, Malaikhi (Boundary Wall & Entry Gate)
The injured persons was shafted to the D.I.Khan Hospital for treatment.Additional Deputy Commissioner (R&HR) Office DI Khan
HanguDuring heavy torrential rains from 12th to 15th April 2024, the following damages are reported:
1. Muhammad Ameen s/o Niaz Bat Khan r/o Chapri Naryab.( Boundary wall collapsed)
2.Sher Asghar s/o Gul Asghar r/o Chapri Naryab.(One room collapsed )
3.Naik Awaz s/o Ashraf Khan r/o Chapri Naryab.(One room collapsed)
4. Rehman Akbar s/o Eali r/o Chapri Naryab. (One room collapsed)
5. Ishfaq Muhammad s/o Fazal Muhammad r/o Kotki .(One room fully and boundary wall partially collapsed)
6. Qabil Khan Niazi s/o Nawab Khan r/o Kotki.(Boundary wall partially collapsed)
7. Muhammad Suleman s/o Jan Muhammad r/o Kotki.(Boundary wall partially collapsed)
8. Shahid Khan s/o Rashid Khan r/o Wrasta Kalay. ( Boundary wall collapsed)

KarakOn 19-04-2024, due to a heavy rain, the following incidents are reported:
1. A kacha room in the house of zahir Gul r/o kanda collapsed. Resultantly, Sana ullah s/o zahir Gul got injured.
2. Hijaj Wali khan s/o sher wali khan r/o mitha khel (01 kacha room fully damaged)
3. Saif ullah khan s/o Gulab sher r/o lawagher chani khel (01 room fully damaged)
4. Wali Muhammad s/o Dashat Noor r/o main bazar karak city (02 kacha room fully damaged)
5. Said umar s/o Noor shahid khan r/o takhat nasrati (01 room fully damaged)		 DDMO Office Karak
KhyberOn 19-04-2024, due to heavy rain, Iqra (4-5 years) & her mother Sawaba Bibi came under Mud slide in Bazgara Kamar khel, Bara. Both have been recovered however the child succumbed to death while her mother got injured. Deputy Commissioner Office Khyber
Kohistan Kolai PallasOn 15-04-2024, due to cloud burst, flash flood occurred. Resultantly, Ghani s/o Yahya Khan r/o Daniyat, Pallas (13-14 years) flooded away in Sherakot Nullah near Daniyat village.  Deputy Commissioner Office Kolai Pallas
Lower DirOn 19-04-2024, due to continuous heavy rain, the following incidents are reported:
1. At Band Patay Toormang, Tehsil Khall, the house which is consist of three rooms (Kacha) of Shamal Zada s/o Aqil Zada collapsed due to heavy rain / land sliding while a paaser-by girl namely Asia Bibi (11-12 Years) d/o Sher Alam passed away in the incident.
2. At Tehsil Lal Qilla, two rooms (Kacha) of the house of Mr. Rahat Ali s/o Jehan Bakht Said r/o Shagai collapsed due to heavy rain. Fortunately, no casualties reported in the incident.
3. At Tehsil Lal Qilla, one room (Kacha) along with boundary wall of the house of Mr. Anwar Zada s/o Ali Rahman r/o Manyal collapsed due to heavy rain. Fortunately, no casualties reported in the incident.
4. At Baghdushkhail Tehsil Timergara, one room (Kacha) of the house of Mr. Muhammad Suhail s/o Sherab Khan collapsed due to heavy rain. Fortunately, no casualties reported in the incident.

During recent rain from 12th to 15th April 2024, after further assessment, 1 person death, 17 partially houses, 2 fully houses and 1 school partially damaged are reported  Additional Deputy Commissioner (R&HR) Office Dir Lower
MansehraOn 19-04-2024, due to heavy rains, the following damages are reported:
1. Zakir Khan Balimang s/o Gulistan Khan (Wall, roof and boundary wall)
2. Abdul Majid s/o Daud r/o Baghrian( Boundary Wall )
3. Yasir Farooq s/o Farooq Ghazikot Mansehra( Roof of the Cattle Shed Collapsed 03 cows got injured).
4. Mujeeb Ur Rehman s/o Mehrban r/o Kohistan colouny Mansehra( Cattle Shed Collapsed )
5. Tehsil Balakot,Boundary wall of the GPS Sail, Boundary Wall of GPS Paludran, Boundary Wall of the GPS Bari Maidan and Boundary Wall of GHS Paghal is damaged.
6. Bridge at Chinarkot to Govt primary school is washed away by flash flood.

1. Wakeel s/o Mukhtiar r/o Qandari Tehsil Saf. (01 room)

3. Gul Faraz Khan s/o Zafar Khan agi Payan Tehsil Safi. (01 room)

North WaziristanOn 18-04-2024, due to a heavy rain, a boundary wall collapsed in the house of Mr Imran khan s/o Ajam khan r/o plangzai, miranshah. Deputy Commissioner Office North Waziristan
ShanglaOn 18-04-2024, due to continuous heavy rains, the following damages are reported:
1. Umar Islam s/o Abdul Qadir r/o Machkandai, Puran (One Room)
2. Anwar Ali s/o Bakht Zada r/o Kuprai, Puran (House Partially)
3. Zahir Ullah s/o Akay r/o Kuz Kalay, Martung (Cattle shed, 1 Cow perished)		 Deputy Commissioner office Shangla
SwatOn 19-04-2024, due to heavy rain a roof collapsed in the area of Kabal. Resultantly, 2 persons got died. Additional Deputy Commissioner (R&HR) Office Swat
During heavy rains from 12th to 15th April 2024, after assessment 1 death, 19 fully houses, 131 partially houses, 1 BHU damaged, 8 bridges, 150 Acres of crops and 25 cattle perished are reported. Additional Deputy Commissioner (R&HR) Office Swat
Upper DirOn 19-04-2024, due to heavy rains, the following incidents are reported:
1. Khan Farosh s/o Bakht Zaman r/o Sarai Nehag Dara Wari (Two rooms).
2. Anwar Zada s/o Sher Zada r/o Nehaq Jagam Wari (Retaining Wall).
3. Mir Baz Khan s/o Naray r/o Sadiqa Banda Larjam (House partially damaged).
4. Anwar Zada s/o Sher Zada r/o Jagam Wari (Retaining Wall).
5. Shahjee s/o Ubidur Rahman r/o Doro Sheringal (Retaining Wall).
6. Siraj ur Rahman s/o Muhammad Ghalib r/o Gurrai Payeen Sheringal (one room).
7. Zia ud Din s/o Raiz r/o Mashango Barawal (retaining wall).
8.Taj Muhammad s/o Muzafar r/o Matar Wari (two rooms)

Upper-ChitralOn 18-04-2024, due to recent heavy rains, a wall collapsed. Resultantly, Shayan Ullah s/o Sardar Ali Khan (18 years) r/o Khot, Mulkhow died on the spot. Deputy Commissioner Office Chitral Upper
During continuous heavy rains from 12th to 15th April 2024, further damages are reported to 250 partially and 20 fully houses. Deputy Commissioner Office Chitral Upper


ROADS BLOCKAGE

2. Garamchashma Ruji to Arkari valley

Upper-ChitralOn 19-04-2024, due to heavy rainfall, the following roads are blocked:
1.Mastuj to Yarkhun Road.

5.Torkhow to Rech.
6.Torkhow to Melp.
7.Booni to Guhkir.

Upper DirOn 19-04-2024, due to heavy rains, the road from Barawal to Maidan at kalpanai blocked due to sliding.District Administration, along with other relevant departments has been making every effort to promptly restore the link road for regular traffic.
