INCIDENTS DETAIL

BunerOn 22-01-2022, due to heavy rain, the following incidents reported:
1. One room in the house of Baha Ud Din s/o Ghain Al Hassan r/o Shangra, UC Pander, Chagarzai collapsed
2. Two mud rooms in the house of Amir Akbar s/o Ali Akbar r/o Moza Bajkatta, Gagra collapsed		 Deputy Commissioner Office Buner
CharsaddaOn 22-01-2022, due to heavy rain, the following incidents were reported:
1. One room in the house of Fazal Hussain s/o Akbar Gul r/o Moza Mata Plangzai, shabqadar collapsed
2. Boundary wall of the house of Hayat Zada s/o Lal Zada r/o Halqa Mufti Abad collapsed. Resultantly Usman s/o Momin Khan 8 years (Afghan Citizen) got died on the spot
3. One room in the house of Qari Alamgir s/o Muhammad Shafi r/o Halqa Chak Rajar collapsed
4. Cattle shed in the house of Mahmood Khan s/o Sultan Muhammad Khan r/o Halqa Ameer Abad, Tangi collapsed. Resultantly, 01 Ox and 02 Calfs perished		NFIs including (Tent, Kitchen set, Hygiene Kit, Water cooler, Tarpaulin and Plastic sheet) were provided to the affected families. Dera Ismail KhanOn 22-01-2022, due to heavy rain, roof of a mud room of Muhammad Hanif s/o Muhammad Ashraf r/o Khanu Khel Shumali Kirri Khaisore Kacha collapsed. Resultantly, the following casualties reported:

1. Amir Jan s/o Muhammad Hanif
Injured
1. Mohammad Waqar s/o Muhammad Hanif
2. Mohammad Tahir s/o Muhammad Hanif		The injured children were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.Deputy Commissioner Office D I Khan
HanguOn 22-01-2022, due to heavy rain, the following incidents reported:
1. Room in the house of Fazal Raziq s/o Pehlawan Khan r/o Shaho Khel collapsed
2. Cattle shed collapsed in Doaba. Resultantly Sami Ullah got died		 Reporting Officer Kohat Division
KarakOn 22-01-2022, due to heavy rain, room in the house of Minawar Khan s/o Inayat Shah r/o Kabir Kali collapsedTent provided to the affected family by District Administration.Reporting Officer Kohat Division
KhyberOn 22-01-2022, due to the recent spell of torrential rains, the following damages/ casualties were reported:
1. Roof of a room in the house of Jameel Khan r/o Aka Khel Bara collapsed. Resultantly 08 eight persons got injured
2. Boundary walls of 02 two houses collapsed in Landi kotal
3. Roof of a room in the house of Muhammad Ayaz r/o Takia Markaz Bara collapsed
4. Roof of a Masjid collapsed in Sepah, Bara		 Deputy Commissioner Office Khyber
PeshawarOn 22-01-2022, due to heavy rain, mud room in the house of Safarish s/o Mehboob r/o Matani bazar collapsed. DDMO Office Peshawar
ShanglaIn continuation of this office DSR No. PDMA/PEOC/DSR/2022/Jan-­M­-22-­25 dated 22-01-2022, the dead body of a child Mahnoor d/o Sajid Ali was recovered today at about 5:05 PM. Rescue operation for the rescue/ recovery of the remaining missing persons is in progress under the supervision of District Administration.Deputy Commissioner Office Shangla
TankOn 21-01-2022, at midnight, due to heavy rain, roof of a room in the house of Muhammad Tariq s/o Muhammad Nawaz r/o Mohallah Haji Khel, collapsed. Resultantly, his wife and one child got injured.  Reporting Officer D I Khan Division
