Synoptic Situation: Continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country. A shallow trough of westerly wave is also present over northern parts.

Past 24 Hrs Weather
Mainly dry weather is expected over most parts of the province, while cold in upper parts/hilly areas during night and morning hours. However, partly cloudy weather with isolated light rain-thunderstorm (light snowfall over high mountains) may occur in North Waziristan, Kurram, Hangu, Orakzai, Khyber, Mohmand, Bajaur, Upper Dir, Upper & Lower Chitral, Upper Swat, Shangla, Kohistan and Mansehra districts. Mainly dry weather is expected over most parts of the province, while cold in upper parts/hilly areas during night and morning hours. However, partly cloudy weather with isolated light rain-thunderstorm (light snowfall over high mountains) may occur in North Waziristan, Kurram, Hangu, Orakzai, Khyber? Mohmand, Bajaur, Upper Dir, Upper & Lower Chitral, Upper Swat, Shangla, Kohistan and Mansehra districts. Moreover, shallow fog in patches is likely to occur in plain areas of the province in morning hours. Mainly dry weather prevailed over most parts of the province.
