Synoptic Situation: Continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country. A shallow trough of westerly wave is also present over northern parts.

Mainly dry weather is expected over most parts of the province, while cold over upper districts at night and in the morning. However, partly cloudy weather with chances of rain-thunderstorm (light snowfall over high mountains) in Upper & Lower Chitral, Upper & Lower Dir, Swat, Mansehra, Shangla, Kohistan, Bajaur, Mohmand, Khyber, Kurram, South & North Waziristan districts. Mainly dry weather is expected over most parts of the province, while cold over upper districts during night and morning. However, partly cloudy weather with chances of rain-thunderstorm (light snowfall over high mountains) in Upper & Lower Chitral, Upper & Lower Dir, Swat, Mansehra, Shangla, Kohistan, Bajaur, Mohmand, Khyber, Kurram, Orakzai, Hangu, South & North Waziristan districts.
