Synoptic Situation: A westerly wave is affecting upper and central parts of the country. Monsoon currents from Arabian sea are also penetrating in upper/central parts.

Mainly partly cloudy weather is expected over most parts of the province. Isolated rain-wind/thunderstorm is expected in Chitral, Dir (Upper & Lower), Swat, Buner, Shangla, Malakand, Battagram, Mansehra, Kohistan (Upper & Lower), Kolai Pallas, Abbottabad, Torghar, Haripur, Mardan, Swabi, Mohmand, Bajaur, Peshawar, Charsadda, Nowshera, Khyber, Kohat, Hangu, Kurram, Karak, Orakzai, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, Tank, D.I Khan, North & South Waziristan districts. Mainly hot and dry weather is expected over most parts of the province. Partly cloudy weather with chances of light rain-thunderstorm in Chitral, Dir, Swat, Buner, Shangla, Battagram, Mansehra, Kohistan, Kolai Pallas, Abbottabad, Torghar, Kohat, Hangu, Kurram, Karak, Orakzai, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, Tank, D.I Khan, North & South Waziristan districts. Mainly partly cloudy weather prevailed over most district of the province. However, rain-wind/thunderstorm occurred in Chitral, Dir (Upper and lower), Swat, Kohistan, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Bajaur, Mohmand, Peshawar, Kurram, Khyber and Bannu districts.
