| Shangla | On 27-10-2026, an anti-encroachment operation was initiated at Aloch Bazar, Puran, on 27 October 2026 at approximately 10:00 a.m., in compliance with the directions of the competent authority, in the presence of Mr. Tariq Khan, Assistant Commissioner Puran, along with staff of the Revenue Department. The operation continued throughout the day. At approximately 4:45 p.m., while the operation was nearing completion and an excavator was working along the road, the stairs of a building situated along Kwargae, adjoining the road, collapsed and fell into the adjacent stream. A large crowd had gathered to witness the operation, and the persons standing on the stairs fell along with the structure and sustained serious injuries.
As a result of this unfortunate incident, two persons succumbed to their injuries during treatment, as per details below:

2. Irshad s/o Muhammad Wazir
